By accessing or using PILLS (pills.asia), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing, you accept and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and 2FA tokens. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify support@pills.asia of any unauthorized use immediately.
3. Orders & prescriptions
Prescription medicines are dispatched only after pharmacist verification of a valid, in-date prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We may refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are in INR inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed via Zoho Payments. Failed transactions are auto-refunded within 7 working days.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PILLS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
