Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns on sealed, unopened OTC and medical-device orders within 7 days of delivery. Prescription medicines cannot be returned once the seal is broken (regulatory requirement).
Cancellation before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are marked 'Packed'. Refunds initiate immediately to the original payment method.
Returns after delivery
Initiate a return from Account → Orders → Order detail → 'Return'. Provide a photo of the unopened product. Our team confirms eligibility within 24 hours and schedules a pickup.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and verify the returned item, refund is processed within 5 working days to the original payment method (Zoho Payments) or as PILLS wallet credit (faster, instant).
Non-returnable items
Opened prescription medicines, refrigerated products (insulin, vaccines), and personal-use medical devices that have been used.
